The Leadership Caddie™ "Shapes" what is needed or what already exists, so Leaders and Organizations have a new or greater awareness to achieve their desired level of Excellence.

It's as subtle as the difference in two words, intention and attention. One may be very well intended for their company knowing where they want to go and want to achieve, just like a golfer on a course, yet somehow they just can't get there or repeatedly get there.

Businesses throughout the world are faced with the challenges of achieving a competitive advantage. We search for that elusive advantage, while balancing and adapting to the ever changing processes and technology, we believe needed to get us there.

Learn how to overcome the organizational inertia with the power of a singular focus, thru alignment of behavior and vision. It is this congruence that determines the results achieved by organizations and individuals alike!

Just as a golfer approaches each shot and assesses all of the conditions of the environment around them, so does the Leadership of an organization.
 
The Golfer chooses the best path or approach to get to their desired target, considering all of the factors, as does a Leader of an Organization trying to achieve a desired "End State" for their Company.
 
The Golfer must choose the appropriate club and then they envision the flight path of the ball to the target. A Leader will select the best tools; be it the people, the processes or systems, to achieve the envisioned path while also assessing the risk associated with each decision.
 
The Golfer then decides how to "Shape" the shot after they have taken all of the areas of risk into account. A Leader will provide a strategy or approach that will "Shape" the organization and individuals in it, to achieve the Vision and End State.
 
The Golfer performs these steps with the constant assistance, feedback and validation from their Caddie. A Leader may choose to do this solely with the support of their staff or elicit the support of their own "Caddie" to provide them with on-going assistance, feedback, and validation.
 
The Golfer then executes the shot, which in turn provides instant feedback, which is where they gain their experience. The Golfer then adjusts based on the feedback of the shot, as well as that of the Caddie. A Leader operates in a similar fashion as they observe and solicit feedback of the changes they have initiated and the impact it had on the organization. They then make adjustments based on that experience.

This construct leverages the premise that everyone knows their true path or way and has their own unique authentic swing. Just like a Golfer a Leader and an organization have their own unique style and culture. The Leadership Caddie™ is there to assist in the rediscovery of what they already know by increasing or providing a new level of awareness.

The "awakening" needs to start with the leadership since they are not only responsible but accountable for the culture that exists within their company.
